New 2018 Pinnacle- No water when dry camping.

New 2018 Pinnacle 5'er. First trip was hooked to city water and no problems. Going dry camping tomorrow. Holding tank full, controls set as needed, pumps runs, but no water. Camping World no help. Jayco thinks may be pump. Jayco factory rep trying to help get replacement. Anybody seen this or have any suggestions.

How does the pump sound?
Is it moving water, or does it sound strained? Or starved?
Not sure you'd be able to tell without hearing it run 'normally' first, but...

Have you checked for any open recirc, bypass or winterization valves?

Not sure how yours is plumbed. On mine I would get a bucket of water and do a 'country fill' to make sure the line to the tank wasn't plugged.

We had problems with ours and it was one of the valves in the control panel. It was leaking air so all the pump could do was spit a little.

Try different valve configurations. A tech said he seen valve combinations miss-marked.
