New 357MDOK owner

Hi everyone, we just purchased our first fifth wheel today, a 20 357MDOK, which is replacing our 17 Jay Flight 31QBDS. I know this is a relatively new model, but are there any other folks with this model out there? We love the mid den for the kids but needed the outdoor kitchen so this was the perfect setup. Just looking for any issues anyone may have had at PDI or anywhere along the way. Thanks in advance.

Congrats! I don't have that model but those who do will chime in.

First congrats. i purchased mine roughly on the same timeline. We've been using it extensively since November. Two primary issues we are having is the BMPRO control panel. The app keeps crashing and now the pad won't display access to any system settings. I've researched it and other folks are having similar issues. Second, the furnace went out and it appears to be a faulty chip in the sail switch. While you will hopfully avoid these issues, just a friend heads up.

Anyone have ideas on how to access the furnace to replace the sail switch. There is no exterior panel to access it. I have looked at access via the front storage bay, but the hot water system is in the way of easy access to the furnace. Thanks in advance.

Did you get any resolution on the control panel? We are having a similar issue getting it back to the home screen. Luckily the phone app is still connected.
