We went with the NP 379 dbfs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have two daughters (12 & 16) and the second full bathroom was the deal maker. The mid bunks didn't have the clothes storage and enough room for both girls.

[QUOTE= This thought was mirrored by both dealers we visited when we were shopping as they mentioned that the North Point was the most popular option for those with kids and the Pinnacle was the most popular with the older generation.[/QUOTE]
Someone just called me the "older generation"

Don’t know if length is a concern for you, but be aware that the “37 or 38 footers” you reference are box length and actual length is an additional ~5’. Our 36KPTS is 41’ long.

X2 what Rob said.

IMO Two restrooms in a rv may sound like overkill but it is almost a necessity if one resident is a woman!!!
We only have one restroom but mine is just a short walk away at the cg bath house.

One thing to note.
I believe you said you have a 2500 series truck.
The NorthPoint is likely over your payload due to pin weight, and I am 100% sure the Pinnacle would be over weight for your truck.
Not trying to be the weight police, just throwing it out there to check weights carefully.
good luck and have fun trailer shopping.

The 29.5BHOK is near the limits of our 3/4T truck (trailer is 35ft long). If I went above 35ft I'd want a 1T. If near 40ft I'd want a dually, maybe even something heavier duty.

After doing a fair amount of online research, reading reviews, actually going to campgrounds and asking fellow campers about their 5th wheels, visiting at least 6 or 7 dealers, and checking their reviews we decided on the Jayco Pinnacle. It is, by far, the better manufactured of all others we looked at, the exact floorplan we desired, and excellent appliances. I highly recommend that you check the posted reviews of the dealer, and if possible, visit some local campgrounds and look for "campers" that were purchased from that dealer. Ask the questions!! Than make your well informed decision. Hope this helps.

2015 Jayco Pinnacle with rear bedroom - Colerain RV, 3491 Struble Road, Cincinnati, OH 45251 - (513) 923-3600 - Bernice was our sales person. In my opinion, she was the most knowledgeable, intelligent, non-pressure salesperson we spoke with at all the dealers we visited. We were treated very fairly on our trade-in and purchase price. We were very impressed by their service department, too. If you contact them, and specifically Bernice, please say hello for Mark and Mary I KNOW, NO LAST NAMES!
