Pinnacle 37mdqs slide issues

Just purchased my 2021 Pinnacle got it home and the midbunk slide will not extend. Took it to the dealership and found out that they replaced the motor prior to taking delivery. After the dealer having it all day today they said it works fine and there were no issues found! Said I need to be on level ground for it to extend (never heard of such a thing, but I'll play), so I get it home, park it on level ground, also use the leveling system and guess what? Slide won't come out! Am I missing something here? Anyone have any ideas??

If the other slides are working then it likely us not a level issue. However, I always level at a site before extending slides. Exception is at home where I've not had an issue (knock on wood). The other thing is I also hook to shore power to ensure there is good voltage to controller and motor.

It is likely a Schwintek slide. I would try to locate the controller and see if there is a error code. Make sure you you have power to the controller. Ensure connectors are secure at controller and motor, if you can get to them. You could also have a switch that is intermittent. That's a start.
