Pinnicle 36SSWS Middle Jacks

The middle Jacks do not go down at all. From what I understand reading other post the middle jacks should go down and up with the Back jacks ? Could this be why I cant get level ? Any ideas. Also the auto level system does not level the camper. Gets it close then says out of stroke.

If you get an out of stroke while leveling in auto then the stabilizers will not operate. My NP will level before the center stabilizers will operate.

I solved the out of stroke by using wood blocks under the big feet. It woks well with a dual 2X10 in for the center stabs and three in the rear. I do not use blocks in the front unless park rules demand it, and then it's a plastic 1" plank.

I was also getting out of stroke errors when I first purchased mine. Made double 2x10x10 blocks. No more out of stroke errors.

Thanks I will try it. Already tried it with 4X6 wood but maybe that was to much.

I have had that problem with my 15 Pinnacle for 2 years. Last November the input shaft from the right front landing gear broke while retracting the jack.Took 2 months to fix, replaced gear box shaft, Lippert 2.0 control box at $550 just for the box and it worked until Friday.

Was getting ready for a trip leaving today, hooked up to my truck yesterday, retracted the landing gear, as it seated in the retracted position I heard the motor and gear box fall off the jack, exactly the same as the right side previously. Broken gear box input shaft. Trip cancelled.
