Plumbing Leak!

Our dealer winterized but failed! The hose that connects behind the garage wall to the convenience hose connect (next to the exterior door where you can use the curly blue hose with the quick disconnect) apparently froze and cracked. We found this during de-winterizing. For a quick repair, what type/size plug can be used that will withstand pressure? Or how can we seal this for the next few weeks? Our dealer will repair but we won't be available anytime soon to take it in.

If your split isn't very long, you might cut out the split piece, and reconnect it with a SharkBite. If you need to cut and cap the pipe, this will work. Be sure the cut end is prepped for a SharkBite.
