Propane system

The propane system on my RV has a three tank system. One tank in the right side and two on the left, the left side contains the two way switch. Twice now when the selector is positioned towards the rear tank I lose propane to my stove. I change to the front tank and the system works. All the tanks are full and the site window on the selector does not indicate empty. Can anyone help with This?

I to have the three tank setup. I do not shift the selector switch. I do keep the "off line" tank closed until needed.

I had this problem in my slide in camper. After buying and installing a new regulator, I determined that the problem was a faulty hose from the regulator to the tank. Replaced it and it worked like a charm.
