Replacing lower level thermostat

We are newbies to RVing. We just bought a 2015 Jayco Pennacle and need a new thermostat in lower level. Do we need to replace both thermostats if we cannot find an original replacement for the one we need? If so what is best replacement for us to get?

No, you only need to replace tha bad one and they appear to be available on AMAZON, both heat pump and non heat pump.

So it's the heating/ cooling thermostat? They are not connected and can be replaced independently. On mine they are identical abut the front does not use or have the heating wiring.

I swapped both mine from analog to digital years ago.
