Having had a lot of problems with our refrigerator we made a lot of changes .one thing i cut styrofoam spacers ,put in plastic baggies to occupy space and make freezer recovery easier.
We love ours. Three years old and no problems. Set at -4 and 34 and stays the same even on a 12hr travel day. I did up it to 36 last trip, had a coke freeze on top shelf.

Covered under warranty: replaced our inverter(and upgraded),replaced boards on touch pad. I replaced the automotive 12 volt batteries with deep cycle.But during this process one repair man mentioned how on the defrost cycle the freezer may have a hard time catching up ,so I thought to fill the usually empty space to use less B.T.U.s.
