Router/wireless hub

We recently purchased a 2019 Jayco eagle fifth wheel. I need the password off of the router or wireless hub so I’ll be able to connect my phone to the WiFi in the camper. Does anyone know where either one of those might be located?

There should be a label on the side of the router with a password printed on it. I have a Pinnacle and mine is in the pantry near the LCI display.

Congratulations on the new Eagle and welcome to the forum.

How do you like your 317RLOK. We have one and love it. I was kind of disappointed in the outside kitchen. The one we looked at had burners like in the kitchen, but ours came with the grill and it is to high for the wife to cook on.

Sadly, not in this case. It is in the closet/pantry/cabinet closest to your control panels. Don't get too excited, it doesn't connect to the internet, only allows you to control a few items in your trailer...slides, levelers, awnings, exterior lights. Mine is a 2018 321 RSTS 5er. Perhaps your newer models will do more, but you still have to be in range of the in-house WIFI to accomplish anything.

I have a 2020 Jayco eagle fifth wheel, if I have a router where would it be?

Look outside on top of your camper, do you see a big round box? If so, it will say Winegard on it. That's your TV antenna (there is a WIFI antenna within it too). Just below that inside your camper should be a round plastic cap, or a small square box. If it's the square box then you have the wifi router. If you instead have the round cap, you'll need a router. There's the original, about $300 and the new version about $400... when you have one of those you can:
1. Connect to a local wifi (campground/rv part provided) and allow all your devices better reception than normal
2. Purchase a data plan from Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile... and get WIFI no matter where you are.

The big round box on a 2020 Jayco is called a Winegard Air 360+

My camper didn't come with the router but it did have the Winegard Air 360+ on the roof. I watched this youtube video and installed the router myself within 30 minutes... took longer to figure out how to use it, but now it's easy peasy.
