water control panel
My panel won't switch from tank fill settings to other settings. 2015 jayco eagle premier. Any ideas?

I'm guessing it's similar to our panel, 2 valves with 3 positions each and a 1-2-3, 4-5-6 magic decoder sheet.
Are you saying the valves won't turn? Both of them?

They turn but nothing happens.

The handles may be stripped and sinning on the valve stems. When you turn them do they turn smooth or "notchey "? Notchey would suggest the handles are stripped. Might try removing the handles and turning the stems with pliers. If this is the first time you've used it perhaps the connections are incorrect from the factory or a tire-kicker customer messed with them.

They turn smoothly like normal. Are those just mechanical or is there a fuse involved?

Well, mine are mechanical. The water panel is inside the ODS basement hatch. It looks to be a standard unit installed in many rigs. I ca remove the basement walls and access the backside where the plumbing is. My filter is back there too.
Do the handles turn a full 360 or limited to 180?

Another thought, your unit is newer than mine so I suppose it could be electric, kinda doubt it tho. I'd be tempted to remove the handles (mine are black plastic) and try the pliers on the stem.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured it out and embarrassed to tell you. But I had the fresh water supply hose attached to the black tank flush inlet, instead of the water inlet. Yes, I discovered when the toilet overflowed. It'll probably be funny tomorrow. Sorry to bother you. Camp 80% of the time and have never done that......

Don't feel bad Gramps! Guess who did the same thing. Yup.
Couldn't figure out why there was no house water. Went in the coach and noticed the water level has a bit high in the toilet. Pushed the pedal and, GIESER! Black flush and house water are one on top of the other and not (to my old eyes) easily distinguished.
"If it doesn't kill you..."
Wish I'd thought to suggest checking that.

That was one thing I did not understand from the factory. Why did they not use a "black" hose connection there like the "black" on on the opposite side of my unit. It doesn't cost anymore and would make it obviuos. Hopefully your overflow was with limited tank contents. Another tale to laugh about in a few months.

What I cannot understand is why these manufacturers are so adamantly opposed to labeling these things. Not to mention why they refuse to provide adequate documentation in the owners manual.
It is almost like the corporate lawyers have convinced management this falls within "proprietary information" and must not be disclosed without a court order.

I didn't overflow mine, but came close. It is now labeled clearly. Took me 3 weeks to discover I had a black flush for the master bath tank. Dealer was clueless.

Did the same thing on my new pinnacle. The city water and flush are not marked. Easy mistake to make. Was lucky I noticed pretty quickly I was on the wrong one.

Valve handles stripped
The valve handles that connect to the actual valves in my water control panel have stripped out from repetitive turning. (Hot water heater control valves on 2012 Pinnacle). Have had to remove the "handles", and turn the brass valve stems manually, with pliers. This isn't fun. Local RV dealer wanted me to spend 24 bucks for all new valve kits - and I have no idea what they would charge to r&r the three valves.
All I need is NEW plastic handles - not the entire valve! Anyone know where I can get these plastic handles?

Yup...made a label for my old 5er for that very reason. The new 321 has a black collar and cap for the black wash and white for the fresh.....I can even tell which is which without my glasses now.

Go to a hardware store (or home improvement store) and bring the handle with you, they are bound to have a replacement. Btw, get metal valve handles and they won't strip out next time

How to replace water hose inlet on a 2004 grewhawk 27DS in the water control panel
Trying to replace the city water and tank flush water inlets on a 2004 grewhawk 27DS. Inlets are in water control panel and have stripped.
