water heater wiring

I pulled out an old leaking Atwood water heater and am trying to connect a Suburban. Different wire colors have me baffled. The Suburban has a red, blue and green wire, the camper has white, red and brown. Anyone have any idea how to hook up the Suburban water heater?

I just installed a suburban in mine last week. The Red on the suburban is the 12v dc positive wire, the blue is the wire to the reset light and green is ground. Most likely the red from the camper is 12v dc positive, the brown is the light and the white is ground. However, you really need to confirm this with a volt meter. You can also pull the panel where your switches are in the camper and see what the wire colors are to the switch and light. Is this a gas only heater or a gas and electric?

OK. Just making sure you didn't have 110 volt wiring to connect.
