The bottom tool is the hand wrench to raise/lower stabilizer jacks.

The top to is for opening a very large bottle of beer!

Sorry, I have no idea what the top tool is for.

Top item is to loosen and tighten the JT stabilizer bar t-handle bolts.

Bottom for spare tire crank or manual stabilizer jacks.

Thanks guys I only wanted to know the purpose of the first tool.. all these years I was tightening and loosening the stabilizers with my hand ��
