I do have Microairs on both ACs. I like the propane because it is less generator maintenance, I can run them off the propane on my unit or a separate tank and the campgrounds I go to fill propane right in the campground. With the smaller generators I can easily get them in and out of the bed of my truck and they fit easily even when towing my fifth wheel.
We also have a dual 15K AC setup in our 5'r and we have MicroAir installed on both units. One of our Honda 2200's can run a single AC or both Honda's for both AC's. The problem with AC unit's isn't the running voltage, it's the starting power required because of the design. For example - your 15K AC only takes 2K to run but takes 3.5K to start. After it's started, the power draw falls off and the gen runs fine. With the MicroAir soft start, it reduces the initial power required to start the AC, so there's less issue with power consumption or generator size.

Like anything, it's better to have something and not need it vs. need it and not have it. If you have dual AC's and dual gen's, you're in a good place. Good Luck!

Larry check out the Etrailer 3200"s. They had a great deal going for two including the parallel kit. They also have high altitude jets which make a huge difference if you plan on getting up in the mountains, one for 3-6K and another for 6-8K Whichever you purchase try to run non-ethanol fuel and after break-in switch to full synthetic oil.

Just for reference, in the 5th wheel I previously owned, it had a 13.5k (dometic I think) and my Yamaha 2800I would just barely allow the A/C to start and run and only if I was not using ac power for anything else. I had no micro-aire or any other soft starters on mine. Sometimes I would have to turn off the economy mode (which allowed the generator to idle down when there were low power demands. So with that in mind, I would suggest more watts, perhaps 3500 minimum or installing a soft start kit such as the microair. ~CA

this just came in my email basket today. New for Harbor Freight. 9500W Inverter Generator.. I haven't seen an Inverter over 4500 watts in a small package. This looks very compact and will run everything without any hiccups.. Gonna plan a trip to my nearest HF store myself and check it out.

That HF looks pretty sweet, but what a pain to lift and haul around at 250 LB's. I've been very pleased with my HF 3500 inverter though.

Personally I think buying two might be a mistake. Why not just buy one and see how it will power your trailer? My HF 3500 powers my trailer just fine and I have never felt "Under powered". They weigh almost 100 pounds so lugging two around might also pose a few problems. I have a HF hoist that I use to load it into my truck...saves my back! Plus, having two will double your maintenance and gas consumption. Just my $0.02

I have the Westinghouse 4500DF (dual fuel). Weighs about 90#. I'm 73 y.o. but in pretty good physical shape. Not much of an issue getting it in or out of the front bay of my 315FLST. Runs 10-12 hours on 30#propane/14-16 on gasoline. Awesome generator.

I have a champion 4500w inverter with remote start. LOVE it and got on sale from Walmart for like 700 some. HIGHLY recommend. One big difference between champion and HF is warranty and service. My generator has 2 or 3 year warranty from champion plus 1 more year due to I bought on my AMEX. HF has 90 day unless you buy their extended warranty. Service parts are available for mine while HF can be difficult for certain parts. Best part champion on sale was way cheaper than the HF by like 150. Finally I got remote start and some small options HF doesn’t offer. 4500W instead of 3500 runs everything in my 5ver I need.
