Where is my water pump access

Ok I have a 2018 Eagle fifth wheel, model 336FBOK, I am having a water pump problem, ( it is probably due to the unseasonably cold weather we are having in Idaho right now.) first where is the best access to the pump on this year,? I know I probably have a frozen pipe , but have kept the heat on in my trailer and the area where the pipes are have been kept pretty warm, and there have been some colder nights than last night , but when I got up and used the bathroom there was water for a second then nothing. The pump keeps trying but no water. Now the pump isn’t really coming on . Any ideas?

If the pump keeps trying use some RV anti-freeze through the AF suction line and it will clear the lines. This year we had a lot of problems at the dealership with the early frost.
Sometimes I use an auxiliary pump to help it get it through the system.

Good luck!

Most 5vers appear to have the pump in the basement behind the unidock. You will need to remove a false panel in the main cargo bay to gain access.
