wood type and color?

Looking for information on a 2019 Jayco pinnacle. Want to add a shelf or two here and there. Anyone know what type of wood is used and what color stain?

I have used black walnut ..... old chocolate brown color...then put a clear finish on it...that is what I have used in my 2018 Pinnacle...my walnut came off my farm....it matches very close....I don’t think new walnut will be the same however....and by the way....we really love our 2018 KPTS.....almost trouble free so far with only a couple minor issues....
