Your thoughts please

We a 2018 Eagle HT27.5 that we purchased new in 2019. Earlier this summer we noticed door side slide squeaking quite bad. I took it to the dealer who looked at it. They couldn't find anything wrong, keep lubricating and it may cure itself. It didn't get better, it seemed to be worse. I spoke to them again and took it in. They checked it again and think one or more of the rollers may be bad. It would be covered under my extended warranty. I asked where the problem was brought up before the manufacturer warranty expired would this not be covered by manufacturer. Because there was no actual work order created and parts ordered before the warranty ended they said no. What are your thoughts?

Your trailer likely saw some winter sanded road surfaces. Ours squealed like crazy. two cans of lube from outside on the rails then up inside the coroplast. Finally
no squeals. The one tube has a hole cut around frame right where road mist salt sand all would get sucked in just between the tandems. I made up a two piece rubber shield to prevent it from happening again

As for warranty go after dealer again
Push them to make it right
You can call Jayco and complain but not sure you will get any satisfaction.
