I use an Apple TV box. It allows full access to all my services including iCloud photos. You can also project your iPhone screen.

Google chrome cast works well to.

Do you need WiFi for Apple TV or Chromecast? It was my understanding that since I use my iPhone hotspot for my internet thatu Apple TV would not work since I had no WiFi.

I just tried it using the iphone hotspot and it worked fine. Set the phone up and then set the network in the apple tv settings to my Iphones wifi. Then went on hulu and it worked. I then shut off the iphone wireless just to be sure it was not connected to my home network and the internet signal was lost.
