2021 Accolade 37TS cab leak

So I had the cab sill plates removed to run a hitch camera wire and I happened to lift up the rubber cab floor to find the padding soaked and some standing water. It rained 2 days ago really hard and drizzled today.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Any thoughts on where to look or start to investigate?

I’m gonna call Entegra on Monday but I know this forum is a wealth of knowledge and I’m hoping to tap into it here.

Thanks,

Did you drive in the rain or was the unit just parked? I had an issue with a leaking marker light on cab roof this mad it’s way down to the floor of the cab. Also there have been numerous reports of a gap on the seal where the cap meets the roof of the cab. They remove the plates behind the driver and passenger seats. They can see outside and driving rain or high pressure water spray in this area can work it’s way in. Check your door seals. Water can get around a bad seal and get under the plastic on the floor and be drawn under the rubber floor mat. You need to determine how extensive the water is. Ie just near the doors or all over.

Thank you for the reply. The RV was just sitting and we have our first trip in it this weekend at a local camp site. When I get back I will pull some interior panels and see what it looks like and the seats to remove the flooring to dry it out. It is only wet from the area you put your feet rearward, which makes me suspect the cab / RV seal area. There is a 3/4” at max, uneven gap along the outside, just don’t how the factory sealed this area. I’ll keep everyone updated.
