Recently, while replacing the slide-out awning fabric, I noticed two cracks in the exterior by slide #3 (passenger side bedroom) upper left corner and bottom right corner. Has anyone else experienced this and what is the cause and correction?
I have 5 areas of cracking as well. I have tried repairing with fiberglass repair that does ok on small cracks but I have a big one I cannot seal, I just keep caulking where it will not seal. I have been told that the RV exterior is not only fiberglass so that is why crack repair doesn't work in all cases.
