Question 110 Electrical issue JayFlight 2021 184BS

While plugged into our house 110v 20amp receptacle, using a 30amp surge protector, the 110 outlets in the camper do not work. Need some help here. Fairly new to these travel trailers. GFI's are reset. Is this normal or am I missing something? Any help is highly appreciated.

Start from the house first making sure breaker isn't trip, power cord is good, tight connection at the camper, Then check "All" GfI's inside the camper, Reset your camper main breaker. Heck reset them all. Is your 12 volts working?

Does the microwave have power?
Wondering if it’s just outlets.
If micro is also dead, cord, fuse, breaker, etc..

That happened to use, used circuit tester and found we had a bad ground. Hope you can find a solution.

1st thing you must do is start at the shore power with a voltmeter and see if you have electricity. Then check all connections in order back to the RV main circuit breaker. Does the Surge protector show you have electricity? I'm going to assume that you are plugged into a GFI circuit. Some RV's do not work with 2 GFI's in series. That is the one You are plugged into and the one to two in your RV. Turn off the ones in your RV and try again. It's called "two GFI's not playing nice.".
