12 V Refrigerator New 2021

New Jayco white hawk 12 V Refrigerator, has a lot of condensation from the get go and now it’s reading 50 degrees, New to this and I need some trouble shooting advice🙏

Are you connected to shore power, and how long has it been turned on?

It worked for a week, running on electricity

Not familiar with your fridge, but check your door seals and door alignment. Any leaks and it will not cool properly and you will get condensation.
Both doors on my Norcold were badly out of alignment from factory. I had puddles of condensate on the bottom of the cabinet and it wouldn't cool properly. Had to shim with small washers, works great now.
