I have no idea how to work on the electrical on this unit, I'd like to turn off everything except the AC to see of I can get my generator to run the AC without setting off the overload. I'm not sure the refrigerator is off, I guess I can just switch that to gas.

I found the box, now what do all three breakers do?

The little colored fuses are 12 volt ones and are listed on one of the white labels.
The breakers are usually marked on a separate list. The 30 amp on one end is the main and the others are 15 or 20 amps. One for the converter, second for the AC and third for the wall outlets. There may also be ones for the hot water heater and/or refrigerator.

One way to find out is turn everything one and flip them on one at a time.
Can't read the labels on your picture. Oh, and they may have labeled them incorrectly.

- 30A Main
A 15A Fridge, GFCI (plugs), Utility (plugs)
B 15A Converter
C 20A Air Conditioner
D 20A Microwave
