2014 Jayco flight slx 165rb Two dollar question
Hi everyone, I am brand new to this site, my name is Jo Anne, I am retired and just getting the tools and equip to go and do some camping...but I just noticed my trailer and the title don't exactly agree! I just purchased a 2014 Jayco flight slx 165rb, at least I thought I did, my new registration says that, but yesterday as I was going into the trailer I noticed "145RB" just behind the awning post...which is probably why I could not find one online! Did Camping world rip me off by claiming the trailer I bought was larger than it is, as the 165 rb is a hybrid with more sleeping capacity, and some extra weight, mine is not. I am concerned now that the dmv will charge me more for another title! Has any one ever run into this problem?

Look at the VIN tags on the drivers side up front, it will list the VIN number which should match your title, my sticker also lists the model number. Here is what to look for

See if you or the dealer has a copy of the application.
If it was the dealers error, demand they pay to have it corrected. Not sure but might cause insurance or resale problems.
If it was a state person who made the error, well - if you were here in Illinois I would wish you good luck, maybe in your state they are more helpful.
Most insurance and dmv go by the VIN which should be correct so it probably is not a big deal
see you down the road!

What does all the origin purchase and sale say.
If they do not match you have a major issue.
If it was all hand written there could also be the possibility that the six was misread for a four.
This is no different then if the Vin. number was incorrect.
In any event it all needs to be resolved immediately.
Sounds like an active bait and switch by Rip Off World.

I have checked all the paperwork, both from the dealer and from the DMV, all the numbers match, except for the model # of my trailer, all the paper work says it is a Jayco Jayflight slx 165RB but the decal on the trailer is 145RB.

Which of these floor plans is your trailer?
165RB
145RB
These are very different trailers. If the title is wrong most likely the original selling dealer filled out the registration paperwork wrong. But since CW sold it used, you'd think someone would have noticed the discrepancy. Of course we're talking about CW, so anything is possible.

2 dollar question
my trailer is a 2014, so neither of those posted match, but the 165 rb is a hybred, mine has NO canvas on it.

Here is the link to the archived layout of the 2014 145RB - best I can tell the basic layout hasn't been changed:
2014 145RB
If it doesn't match this layout can you post some pictures or otherwise identify what about the layout doesn't match the linked floor plan?
