2020 Eagle HT 284BHOK axle

I was under my trailer this weekend looking for the fresh water drain valve and noticed that my axle appeared to be bent. I don't believe this is normal? Can anyone comment? Is this something I should be concerned about? I've noticed sometimes when starting from a stop that the trailer seems to be stuck and will bounce/lurch. I have thought it was the trailer brakes grabbing.

Visited Dexter's website and axles are typically built with a predetermined bend in the tube that allows for the expected deflection under load....

So this is normal...
