284-BHOK weekend use

Just got the Eagle and want to set it up on my property for weekend use. We go on the road about 3 times a year but between that I have a small piece of property I want to get it set up on.
I like the Eagle because it offers the ability to weekend camp longer than other units. I will be installing some solar and batteries and was trying to figure out how long I can go without winterizing.
It will mainly be weekends from now till ??? and it may not be every weekend and while I don't want to be there when it is zero degrees, I would enjoy being there for the first snowfall etc.
So a question for when the temps get below freezing. With enough solar and batteries and propane can I / should I leave the Eagle unattended during the week with the thermostat set low running just the furnace and whatever small loads go with that ? I know the furnace fan does draw a lot and will try and take that into account.
Or in general is this not a good idea ??
Any opinions welcome...
Thanks...
Alan
