3500 Champion dual fuel question

Hello All,

Just unpacked and started a new 3500.. Questions For those with experience..

On Propane - The econ switch does not change the running mode. Is that normal?

It seems to be running rough.. I ran it for a 20 min's pushing in the choke.. feathered to see if it made a difference. I wrote it off to the start up.. but never really smoothed out, so I thought I would change to econ to see what that would do. No difference at all.

Also, is there a turn off switch?.. I know that seems obvious. I have the 2000 as well, at it has an obvious turn off. I had to turn off the gas to turn it off. Normal?

It starts right up.. no problem.. but something does not seem right. I do not want to run gas.. so hoping I don't have to use that option to trouble shoot.

Champion is closed today.. and will drive me crazy until I can call tomorrow, hence why I posted.

Thanks much

Did it come with a manual? I'm sure the answers are in there. Otherwise maybe on FAQ at champion.com Just a suggestion.

To turn it off while on propane you simply turn off the gas supply on the tank. As far as the eco mode, mine definitely runs quieter (after start up without a load)

Did you also reset the breakers on the panel? If it doesn't generate.......in the box and back to the supplier.
