Battery Power

Hi
I just upgrade from a Forest River Hybrid to a 2012 Jayco 29QBH and we are very excited. With my last camper we like to camp off of the grid, but with the Jayco once I unplug from shore power I then have no power. The battery is brand new and is fully charged up due to being plugged in to shore power for the last few days.
What can you recommend that I could be looking for?
Also any recommendations on where to find a owners manual for a 29QBH?
Thank you

Check fuses. Check your main DC fuse at the battery and then check the fuses at your power distribution center.
