Best Hitch for 21QB?

Newbie buying a 2018 21QB. I've had 2 hitches recommended - Fastway e2 and Reese Steadi-Flex. Thoughts/suggestions? Thanks

I would spend the extra money and get the Equalizer over the E2. Similar design concept except the Equalizer has 4 point integrated sway control versus only 2 with the E2 and the overall design is more robust. It's a very popular hitch.

We recommend the Blue Ox Sway Pro. Easy on/off, integrated sway control, lifetime warranty. No need for a side-mounted friction sway bar.

I have used the Equal-i-zer hitch and currently have the Blue Ox. If I had it to do over, I would go back to the Equal-i-zer. I do not like the Blue Ox.

Have you considered an Anderson hitch? I had an old reese that I used with my previous trailers and moved to this Anderson on our 2017 22BHM. I absolutely love the simplicity and how well it works in my application. Though I'm not sure how well it would work with a very large trailer, I think it is a great fit with a smaller unit.

X2 - had a FastAway for our PUP, and it was fine for that, but the 4 point Equalizer E2 is my call on this. I would go a bit bigger, too. We use the 10k for our Jay Feather. I am glad we went a little bigger on the weight capacity. Things add up more than you think, and the added stability makes for a more comfortable and safer travel experience.

I have the Equalizer and it seems to work really well. And it's simple to hook up.

Reese Steadi-Flex

Just towed over 3500 miles using the Reese Steadi-Flex, great hitch, really keeps everything under control with its 6 Point friction system! As with all these hitches, setup is critical, to making it work as designed.
