Best way to attach shelves?

I have a 264BHW and want to add a small shelf unit next to the bathroom sink. The wall I want to use has the fridge behind it. I am unsure how much room there is between the material and the fridge unit.

Are there small studs in this wall?

If there are studs you can probably tell by pushing on the wall and finding the spot that doesn't flex inwards. I don't have the same model but the interior wall in my bathroom is pretty thin, maybe 1" tops, so finding a stud would be best to attach to. Liquid Nails or epoxy combined with short screws is even better.

That's what I did on a previous camper mod, short screws at an angle plus a thin line of epoxy:

Thanks for the help. Here is my finished product. I was able to mount to the edges of the span into sold studs.

This is actually a spice rack I found that fit the dimensions of the space.

Looks great! And a great use of that empty space.
