Black lines/spots on top of roof where trusses are

Have some black streaks across the TT over the trusses I'm guessing?? Any idea of what to do about them? Cover with Eternabond tape in case they leak?

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Eternabond is a good thing.

I would like to know also. Even with some scrubbing I can't get rid of all the black line on mine.

Here are a couple of pics I took when I went up to do spring cleaning. I did not take an after picture when I finished cleaning but the line was still very apparent.

The lines are at the edge of each plywood piece on the roof. There is a small feeling of a bump under the rubber roof. Over two years it has not become a lot worse..

We have the same marks on our roof, and found they are still there even after some diligent hands-and-knees scrubbing, but they are a little less pronounced afterwards. I'm not sure what they are, but I'm not worried about them any more.

I just put Eternabond Tape on all my lines. Hope that keeps anything from leaking in the future.
