The lowest priced brake parts I have been able to find were at CAMPERiD online (Cranbury N.J.). They were recommended to me by Lippert when they could not supply me brake assemblies in May (out of stock). I just put in the Lippert part numbers and they came right up. They have a good infor line you can call as well. I bought Lippert self adjusting brake assemblies for $107.00 for a set of 2 including shipping. $214.00 for all four assemblies. They were 12x2 with a 5 bolt mounting pattern. My camper had about 15,000 miles on it when I did a routine Bearing pack, brake inspection. The driver side was born totally out. The passenger side was half gone. I have talked to many brake specialist including Lippert techs, and no one can say for sure why one side was completely worn out and the other side was not. The consensus is that the driver side was adjusted too tight from the factory and that caused excessive wear on that side.

IMPORTANT! There are right and left side sensitive. You have to get a set for the right (Passenger side) and a set for the left (Driver side). To get the correct brakes part numbers you can call Lippert and give them your axle serial number and they will give you the brake assembly part number for left and right. These were the Lippert part numbers for my Eagle HT (see my signature) Right Brake Self Adjusting Assy. #296652 (Left #296651) The Dexter brake assemblies that are 12x2 are exactly the same.
