Brake Wiring - Not at the hitch, but at the wheels

I was changing the tires on my 2007 29BHS when, next to the driver’s side wheels, I found two white wires dangling. Of course these must be for the brakes and there are more wires present, how do I know what to reconnect to what?

I had forgotten all about that. I had a similar problem several years ago. Something under the newish trailer was rubbing on a brake wire and it broke. I noticed I had no brakes, took it to a neighbor's horse trailer shop and they fixed it. I have no more recollect, sorry I couldn't be of help.
