No, not on 12v. But if the storage yard has a 20-amp plug (usually looks basically like a 15-amp plug) you could run your A/C. You just need to turn off all of the other 110-volt breakers in your trailer.
Or borrow a 3000 watt or bigger generator.
Another option would be to tell the buyer that you understand why he would want to see the A/C work before he agrees to buy the trailer. Explain that there is no power at your storage area to do so. Ask the buyer to look at the trailer and, if he likes the trailer and agrees to a price assuming the A/C works, then you'll tow it somewhere that you can plug in the A/C to show it works and complete the transaction. If the A/C doesn't work, you agree to renegotiate or call it all off.
