Dents in the mattress

Getting dents in the mattress where we lay after only about 12 nights sleeping. I weigh about 225 and the wife is no where near that. Asked my dealer about warranty and he says..."I really doubt it". It is a 2017 Jayco 265RLSW bought in Sept of 17. Labor Day weekend. Any suggestions as to how to handle this?
Thank you

Many will by a topper like we did. We have a 2" or 3" gel topper. Some replace the mattress outright since they are poor quality to begin with. I'm not sure there's a fix for your existing mattress to remedy it by itself without some add-on.

I've seen other threads on here where Jayco did replace mattress under warranty. Sometimes they will issue credit toward a better mattress. Call Jayco

When my so called mattress started falling apart I sent the dealer pictures. They submitted a claim and said I had two options, get another fine Jayco mattress or $200, I took the money and purchased a memory foam from a local store.

If there's already a dent in it a topper won't help. Just replace it with a good mattress.
You can talk to Jayco about it so you might get some relief from their side, since the dealer is no help to you.

I think the real problem is that these are not really mattresses but disposal sites for old phone books and used pillows. LOL

I am heading for a Zinus complete replacement. Would prefer and Tuft and Needle but they don't do short queen RV mattress. There is a third brand Live and Sleep that has really high reviews.

Tuft and Live both offer free returns.

Mine did the same. The Jayco mattress just flat out sucks. I purchased a decent one from Mattress Insider. They will custom cut one for you to fit the camper. Also they deliver it in a vac sealed box so don't cut the plastic until you have it laid out on the bed!!!! Learned that one the hard way!!

We replaced the sad excuse for a mattress that came with our 2017 Eagle HT with a Live and Sleep (Amazon) last year and have been very happy with it.

We had our mattress fail the first two outings we used it on.
Dealer wanted me to bring back the whole trailer
Asked for the owner and they wouldn't tell me who owned the dealership
We googled it and called him 2-3 times a week to get the mattress replaced
Second one failed same way ins same time frame
We'll call Jayco to see if they will assist

Had our Jayco Simmons mattress (silver/blue in color) replaced under warranty on our '18 Jayco Eagle about 2-3 months ago. Took about 3-4 weeks for the replacement to arrive. The replacement was another Simmons (different model, beige in color). After only a week of use, it's doing the same thing---sagging on both sides. Going to attempt another warranty replacement. Hopefully they'll offer cash this time around.

Even if they replace it, it's going to fail again soon. Just replace it with a higher quality mattress.

I had a Denver Mattress with a 2" latex topper from new for 2 seasons until it really got the "w" in it and I felt my sleep deteriorate.

Ordered a foam one online and it's been great for 2 seasons.

We have a 2017 355MBQS, after only 1 season the mattress was junk, actually it was junk when we got the camper, but we couldn't sleep on it another season. Like Sundancer we got cash for it instead of a replacement. After reading other threads on here I argued with the dealer until they came thru with the money. Unlike Sundancer, I only got $120. Check came from the dealer so not sure how that all transpired because they originally said I would have to deal with Jayco then a couple days later the check showed up in the mail. We went to Sam's club, bought a Serta memory foam that is 10" thick fro $400, so far it is much better. Actually it might be better than the much more expensive Tempurpedic in the stick and brick.
