Dometic Thermostat to sensitive?

I have a 2018 jayco slx 8 267bhs and my A/C is not coming on either. Fan and everything works fine but won't blow cold air. The Dometic thermostat is extremely sensitive and jumps past the setting u want if u touch button to long. Could the Thermostat stat be bad or did refrigerant leak out?

Had the same problem. Take off the t-cover and very carefuly put it back on. Then very carefully just touch the cover to start the A/C. It is very touchy.

Is there a way to replace the stupid Dometic touch thermostat with something else that doesn’t cost $250?

I had a similar problem in May, I called Dometic direct, they helped me with the face plate.
