Exterior LEDs

I’m new to the forum so hi everybody.

My 2017 Hummingbird 17RB has one of the two top yellow marker lights with 1 of the 6-7 individual leds inside working and the rest not working. Also there are 4 of the individual LEDs in one of the tail lights not working. Is this a common issue? The marker light has a module under the yellow cap which is getting electricity because one of the LEDs works. The taillight is sealed with silicone so I don’t want to peel it off before I have a plan to fix it.

If it is an LED light most likely they are on a board like thing inside the light which you can't just change one light you would then have to replace the complete light fixture. If you can replace a bulb then good but most times it comes down to the complete fixture.
If you have warranty on the unit have your dealership order you new lights!
