Help No Electric

Please help! We ha e a 2021 Jayco flight 267bhs. We have been camping over spring break for the past week and everything has been fine. We packed up to change camping grounds and when we arrive 30 minutes later NO POWER TO ANYTHING AT ALL! Previous to this We have had issues with the batter not being charged even after plugging up to charge. We noticed the radio never fully shuts down. Took it in to be checked they said they could not find any issues.

Try to determine where power stops first;

Are you still plugged into shore power?
Is the breaker on at the pedestal tripped? If not try it anyway..
Assuming by your comment no 12v and no 120v - 12v should be all interior lights, 120 is microwave
Check the breakers (perhaps even flip if they look on) inside the coach on the breaker panel

Do you have a multi-meter or a plug to check power at the pedestal? Does your coach battery have any juice?

If you have no power while plugged in (and thinking battery hasn't been holding charge) its either the pedestal, the power cable or the converter (which is where all the breakers are inside the RV)
