How about trying a shop vac? Try draining the tank dry and then put a shop vac hose down to the bottom, maybe you can suck it up.

Shop vac idea is great...(would have to be a "one hit wonder") as it would never be used again...but I got it out as previously posted..thanks!

and it definitely was a foul Three butchers..a serious foul!! Pun intended!
