Hot water pressure is low

We are in an Eagle HT 280RSOK and at site hooked up to low pressure city water. The cold water pressure is low but much greater than the hot water pressure. We filled the water tank and went with the dry camping option but got the same result. Any thoughts on what might be going on or how to resolve it? Thanks

Have you checked that the bypass valves are fully open?

Check to see if you outside shower valves are turned on...

Not sure how to find the bypass valve in this unit. The outside shower valves are off. Thanks for responding.

yep, be sure the hot water valve coming out of the water heater is open all the way.

and for that matter, be sure the cold water valve coming into the water heater is open all the way. either could reduce pressure coming out.
