Question Jay Flight SLX 212QB - Bench seating

Good day all!!
We recently purchased a new to us 2018 Jay Flight SLX 212QB that had been moded. They replaced the whole dinette with some cupboards and a desk top. It looked lovely but not usable for us. We would like to return that area to its prior function. I cant find the dimensions for the bench seats we need to copy. Is anyone on here that has the same trailer willing to measure it out and take some pictures without the cushions? would be very much appreciated.

Hi Sue, here’s some basic dimensions and pics of our 2020 212QBW…

- seat base height - 14.5”
- seat base length - 38”
- seat base width - 21.5”
- seat back height - 34”
- between seat bases - 30.5”
Our table is slightly modified, but it is 39” x 30”

Hope this helps?

Damaltor, did you retrofit the plywood bases with hinges or was that from the factory? Ours lift out, which is a pain.

Yes I did mod the top.
Replaced the thin panels with 3/8” plywood, added the hinges and some magnets to hold the new panels open. Also removed the centre frame braces, to make it easier to load and unload larger items.

Great idea! We use that space frequently and pulling the cushions off and plywood out is always a pain. Thanks for the info.
