Any Jayco dealer should either have them or be able to get you one. When I bought my trailer, it came with one, but I talked the dealer into cutting the end off of another one so I could chuck it in a cordless drill. Makes life a lot easier.
The frames of trailers are not made heavy duty like motor home frames. If you try to use the jacks for leveling you may well bend the frame. Level your trailer by driving the low side up on to some kind of blocks (I have two sets of the Camco leveling "legos", but many people use pieces of lumber).
