Manual awning spring part numbers

When I purchased my used Jay Flight the previous owner was upfront and told me the awning didn't roll up as it should and the springs need replacing.

My question is, how do I find the part number or specs for the replacement parts? Is there a parts diagram I can reference if I somehow determine the make/model of the awning?
