Manual Slide 2002 Jayco Qwest

Good Day... I have a manual slide out on my 2002 Jayco Qwest 27' travel trailer
Is there info or better yet a video on how they work anywhere? I've been searching and can't seem to find one. Everything is about electric slideouts, and how to override them. Mine is only a manual one.
