Newbie water/mold question please help

Hi Everyone,

general question here. just picked up a used 2014 jayco 184BH. Turns out there is a leak in the front window and my moisture meter is picking up moister in the back right corner in the shower wall as well.

Talking to people it seems these things leak all the time and you have to be on top of things.

Reading other things people say you have to open up the walls to let it dry out in addition to repairing the leak.

**sounds crazy to me to have to open up walls etc all the time if leaks are quite common and the second something leaks...the pink insulation is wet and ruined and will not dry (from what i'm told)
what to do??? I'm scared to put my little 2 year old in there now due to mold concerns.

please give me any opinions. thank you so much!
