I'd call ours a 1/2 outdoor kitchen. It's got a mini fridge, 2 burner stove (pull out), 1 drawer and a microwave.
I pulled out the microwave and now store my Weber in it's place.
I removed the gas stove and it is now a place for me to put my electric griddle I use for bacon/eggs, frying hashbrowns, or whatever else I would want to fry up. Might as well use electric, since I'm paying for an electric site.
The mini fridge is handy to keep my adult drinks cold, beats going inside to grab a drink.
The drawer houses the BBQ utensils.
The overall space to usefulness ratio is about right for me. If it were a bigger outdoor kitchen (like one with a 4ftx4ft door), I would think the space to usefulness ratio would be out of whack for me and I wouldn't have gone for it. Mine is about 2ftx4ft.
