The wire is not cut or stripped at each outlet it is one continuos piece and the outlets are pressed on after the outer wrap only is removed.

The outlets are not the same as used in house wiring at all.

If that is true then a faulty outlet upstream would not cause the failure of the downstream outlets because they would still have current flowing to them. So I'm back to square one as to why all of the outlets failed.

I'll pull an outlet or two this weekend so I can actually see how they are connected. I plan to post a photo of the back of an outlet with wires attached.

My apology to those who are getting bored with this conversation.

Ken

The outlets used by the recreational industry are not like the residential ones we are familiar with, as has been mentioned. They are all push on connections and are prone to come loose over time.

Understood, but that wouldn't explain why all 4 of them failed at the same time.

My guess is that the boy who wired it didn't tighten the screws where the wires fit into your junction box and during delivery one or both sides worked their way out. And when you took it in for repairs the mechanic took a 3 hour nap!!!

I'm done!

If Grumpy is right about them being wired with one continuous wire the only connection that would cause all of the outlets to fail is where the wires connect to the neutral buss bar and circuit breaker.
