That's what I do, too. I have the Equalizer brand and all they do is creek and croak, but no problems backing in.

If I have to back in a tight spot I'll take mine off. Honestly don't know if I even need them with a 7k trailer on a 1 ton dually but I still use them. Just don't need to transfer alot of weight.

I always remove my sway controls at the park entrance. I have never removed the bars, even if driving at low speeds.

I always remove the friction sway bar and sometimes the WD bars depending on my energy level
