Power Outlets not working

My friend is using my camper this weekend and put a electric kettle into power outlet and all outlets went out after a few minutes

Jayco SLX7 195RB

Power to camper is good
Microwave is still working
Fridge is still working on electric

She checked circuits, one was tripped, turned it back on .. still nothing
Tried turning off/on all circuits .. still no outlets

I'm assuming a fuse has tripped .. but as I'm not there I cannot see..

Any ideas??

Check to see if the GFI tripped.

GFI's have two buttons, which one was pushed? There are no other fuses in a 120 volt circuit.

From there you will need a volt meter and start at the back of the circuit breaker panel and check the wiring. Then turn off the poser at the circuit breaker and pull the outlet out to check the wiring. It could also be a bad GRI. From there it gets harder as there is probably a loose wire some where in the circuit. Jayco can help you with a wiring diagram for your model trailer.

Wow now you have me really worried .. all that from one kettle!!!

Are GFI and outlets by dinette and bed on same link / circuit? Why is microwave still working when all other outlets went Out?

Just asking before I drive 60 miles.. going to ask her to push both buttons...hard..on GFI

Generally there is only one GFCI on a circuit and it is usually the first outlet in the string.

The microwave may not be on a GFCI circuit. Some microwaves don't play well with GFCI outlets.

Make sure you press the black one last. The red one will trip the GFCI.

Was the breaker just pushed back to ON, or turned all the way off before turning it back on?

If the breaker AND GFCI both tripped, you have to reset the main breaker before trying to reset the GFCI. The outlet must be receiving power before the GFCI will do a reset.

If they tried resetting the GFCI first and then went to reset the main breaker, the GFCI would need to be reset again.
