Pricing on a 2021 284BHOK

Hi... looking to pull the trigger on our first travel trailer. After much research, tons of YouTube videos, and agonizing. Finally decided to pursue an Eagle HT 284BHOK.

I realize that with Covid and all of the contrasts that have come with it, pricing has increased, and dealers are less likely to negotiate.

I was quoted $44,995 + $395 doc fee + sales tax, and it has the following:

-Customer Value pkg
-Solar pkg
-2nd Solar Panel
-2nd AC in Bedroom
-Fireplace
-Observation System
-Electric Auto Leveling
-16" Tire Upgrade
-Theater Seating

The MSRP on the build sheet is $58,386, but was told it should be closer to $63,955 with added freight/delivery. Which is 23%/29% off, depending on which number you use.

I know "amazing" deals, during this time will be hard to come by. I, just, really want to make sure that this is a solid/good deal.

Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Do you mind stating the price/quote? I don't know if I should be using the MSRP on the build sheet ($58k) or the price including freight ($63k).

Do these things really cost $5k to ship?

I may be wrong, but that sounds way too high. Ours was $4.00 per mile. I'd ask to see the manifest.
